Each of our staff has certificates of completion in:

• USAG Safety Certification
• USAG Kinder Accreditation for Teachers
• Patti Komara's Tumblebear Gym Program For Preschoolers
• Oakland 4C Basic Child Care Training (or higher)
• Michigan Child Care Futures Training Project
• CPR and Basic First Aid Training through American Red Cross

We continually update our knowledge and skills in the filed of physical eduction, child care and development, preschool and junior gymnastics, as well as basic health and nutrition awareness.  Our staff attends seminars, lectures, training workshops, and class courses structured for the overall well being of our selves and our little people for whom we wish to model and teach.

In accordance with the 1998 Volunteers for Children Act (amending the 1993 National Child Protection Act), we enforce strict guidelines for screening before hiring any potential staff of ABC Tumblebus including:

• Fingerprint-based national criminal history background check
• USAG National Criminal Background Safety Clearance, and State of Michigan Background Clearance
• Physical exam, TB skin test, and drug screen clearance
• We are fully insured with comprehensive sports liability and medical policies, general and vehicle liability policies.  Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
